On activating your account, you would have set a secret question and answer. If you can successfully answer your secret question you will then be able to reset your OASIS account password.

You can activate your OASIS account by logging in using your 8-digit student ID (eg. 12345678, 09123456) and your 8-digit birthdate in ddmmyyyy format (eg. if you were born on the 26th of July 1980, your 8-digit birthdate is 26071980).

If you have tried logging in using a valid student number and birthdate to activate your account but have still been denied access, you may have already activated your account. Try answering your secret question.

Computers with specifications other than those recommended may be able to access OASIS, but Curtin does not guarantee availability of services with such systems. Follow the instructions on the Usage Requirements page to make your system compatible with OASIS.
Are you currently admitted to or enrolled in a course at Curtin?
Once you are admitted as a student in an award course at Curtin you will automatically have access to OASIS and its core services. Additional services will be made available to you through OASIS when you enrol, or as you progress through your studies at Curtin.
If you are terminated or withdraw from your studies you will no longer be able to access OASIS. If you complete your studies at Curtin, you will be able to access OASIS for at least 6 months after completing your course. If you take a leave of absence, you will continue to have access to OASIS over your period of leave.
You will need to contact OASIS Central personally to rectify this problem. The OASIS Support page provides contact details (including a phone number for students to call from anywhere in Australia at the cost of a local call).
